Downs winger sent to the NFD

Cape Umoya United coach Dominic Isaacs has confirmed the club have secured the services of Mamelodi Sundowns’ 22-year-old winger Katlego Otladisa on loan until the end of the season.

Sundowns initially signed Otladisa a year ago from Platinum Stars and immediately loaned him back to Dikwena, before he eventually linked up with the Brazilians in August.

However, he was unable to break into Pitso Mosimane’s side and was reduced to playing in the Multichoice Diski Challenge before Umoya struck a deal with the Tshwane giants to bring him to the Mother City.   

Isaacs confirmed the deal after Umoya extended their unbeaten run to seven matches in all competitions with a hard-fought 1-0 victory over Maccabi FC at Athlone Stadium on Monday.

“Yes, we have secured Katlego’s services and we are delighted,” Isaacs told
